there was no one event that started the American Revolution. This piece of music will steer the problems that lead to the start to the American Revolution. The colonists believed that they should belong democratically. Britain snarl that they owned the American colonies and they could use their resources in any way that they wished. The colonists did not want to live being ruled by another country. The major(ip) events that led to the American Revolution were the french and Indian War, Stamp Act, capital of Massachusetts Massacre, Boston afternoon tea Party and Lexington Concord. The cut and Indian War was amid the french and Indians, against the American colonies and English. This seven year fight lasted from 1754-1763. During this time the French controlled the Mississippi River and the Ohio River as well. They began building forts in those areas. The French soon spread out their areas into the British territory. In 1754 George Washington was sent by t he Governor of Virginias to evict the French Fort Duquesne (which was built where the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers come together).
